The Kuhn Rikon Universal Kitchen Shears is ideal for cutting cardboard, thick plastic packaging or food. Micro-serrated blades hold food firmly in place and allow you to deliver a precision cut. It features an integrated herb stripper to remove the hard stems from fresh herbs. It can also open twist-off lids.

Blades can be disassembled easily for cleaning after use, clean by hand with lukewarm water and a mild washing-up liquid and dry thoroughly before storage.
