It is perfect for making chocolates: its composition in disks facilitates the chocolate tempering phase. Ideal for the preparation of creams and ganaches. Excellent as an ingredient for desserts and cupcakes: thanks to its particular consistency it melts and mixes easily with any type of dough. The practical open and close freshness-saving package allows you to preserve the product perfectly.

Ingredients: Sugar; cocoa butter; cocoa paste; emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla flavor. May contain traces of nuts, eggs and derivatives.
Instructions: The recommended temperature for the preparation of chocolates is 29/30 C.
