Description
The Veritas Mk.II Standard Honing Guide allows you to sharpen blades without worrying about controlling the blade angle at the same time. It provides a reliable method for honing a wide range of tools by ensuring consistent, accurate results.
This honing guide is the best choice for woodworkers who mostly use wide blades. It consists of a standard blade carrier, a straight roller, and a registration jig.
The Mk. II will set bevel angles from 15 to 54 and back bevels from 10 to 20, and it will accommodate blades from 1/4″ to 2-7/8″ in width. Blade stop with discrete positions for preset bevels and three-position eccentric roller allows you to hone micro bevels quickly and accurately with a turn of a knob.
